Churston Ferrers Grammar School

It was a great pleasure to visit the Gardening Club at Churston Ferrers to meet so many green fingered students and talk about green greenhouses made from recycled bottles and how to deal with slugs. Drowning in beer outvoted cutting in half at midnight. No supporters of slug pellets!

I also met with the 'learning to learn' group of year 8 students. If any junior doctors had been able to explain kinaesthetic learning so clearly when I was teaching I would have been impressed.

Finally onto the sixth form for a Q and A about everything from university and car insurance to international affairs.
